Happy New Year And My Moma’s Apple Salad
Hey Y’all, Happy 2024! I pray that you had a wonderful Christmas celebration with your friends and family! I hope that you are doing well and gearing up for a wonderful new year! In today’s blog, I want to talk to you about my plans for the coming year, so...

Welcome to our sweet, old, southern farmhouse! As a 50 something momma, with a few home-making years experience behind me, I find that I have become very passionate about encouraging women in the beautiful art of combining homemaking, homesteading, healthy living and a return to some of the bygone wisdom of old. My mission is to encourage you to create the loving, healthy, and nurturing home that you have always wanted to provide for your family. I also would like to invite you to come along with me and my family as we continue to love on this old home place. As we learn to create a more self-reliant, self-sustainable, resourceful home, you can learn along with us. Here at Southern Bella Home, we will continue to re-love, re-establish, and reinvent this old place with the grace of days so long ago, when it was built, in 1900. So, if you are looking for inspiration and motivation for home-cooked and healthy meals, decorating with farmhouse and vintage style, organic gardening, medicinal herbs, raising kids (and a few animals), DIYs, and so much more, then come often to see me here at the farmhouse. I know that we’ll be friends! I’m just sure of it! I hope that you will feel right at home here and love coming back!
